My Story: The Birth of PY-Jyn Joy
What do you do when life keeps gut-punching you?
I lost my father, then my beloved furbaby Jynger. A year and a half later, ZIGGY passed too. Add financial strain, depression, and 100+ pounds gained from emotional eating... and I was done. Broken.
I had no insurance. No therapist. Just prayer, meditation, affirmations—and a threadbare hope that Spirit had not abandoned me.
And She hadn’t.
Synchronicity returned me to tarot. Crystals called to me again. Affirmations began shifting my inner world. Essential oils reawakened my senses. I dusted off my yoga mat and reconnected with the wisdom of my own body. I became a Reiki practitioner. I grounded, realigned, and opened myself to Evolutionary Astrology—and everything changed.
I finally understood:

PY-Jyn Joy Holistic Life Coaching was born of my breakdown.
“PY” honors ZIGGY (aka The Notorious P.Y.G.).
“Jyn” for sweet Jynger.
“Joy” for Josy, my little Moonbeam.
